SEGEI Receives Grant from Nigeria Youth Future Fund implemented by Leap Africa

SEGEI is a women-led non-profit organization dedicated to helping girls and young women in low-resource and marginalized settings find their voices, access resources, and use their talents to thrive. We seek to IGNITE, NURTURE, and HARNESS the intellectual, emotional, and social strengths of adolescent girls and young women through education (formal and informal), mentorship, and life skills development.

SEGEI Receives Grant from Nigeria Youth Future Fund implemented by Leap Africa

Congratulations to the Strong Enough Girls’ Empowerment Initiative team on receiving a development grant from the inaugural Nigeria Youth Futures Fund implemented by Leap Africa and supported by Macarthur Foundation and Ford foundation.

This grant is a huge win for the team as it will enable us to advocate for girls’ education to community leaders and enroll and mentor marginalized girls in school.
